Safety First: Tips & Expectations
Online Safety
- Do not share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, financial details) on the platform.
- Be cautious of phishing, scams, or impersonation attempts—report suspicious activity immediately.
- Avoid private messages that feel pushy, aggressive, or inappropriate.
- Never send money or financial details to another member.
In-Person Safety
- Meet in public places – Avoid private residences for first-time meetups.
- Inform someone you trust about your plans, including time and location.
- Trust your instincts – If something feels off, remove yourself from the situation.
- Report any safety concerns – Let us know if another member's behavior makes you uncomfortable.
Respectful & Appropriate Behavior
What’s Not Allowed
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination of any kind.
- Fraud, impersonation, or creating fake profiles.
- Spamming, soliciting, or promoting businesses/services.
- Sharing explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Engaging in illegal activities, including scams or financial exploitation.
Reporting & Enforcement
Zero Tolerance Violations (Permanent Ban)
- Threats or physical harm to another member.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
- Requests for financial information.
- Creating a fake or deceptive account.
Warnings & Suspensions
For less severe violations, members may receive warnings or temporary suspensions. These include inappropriate language, unwanted requests for personal details, or sharing unauthorized content.
How to Report a Violation:
If you see concerning behavior online or in-person, report it confidentially to gethank@widercircle.com or call +1 (213) 375-0476. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
