What is a Hank Ambassador?
A Hank Ambassador is any Hank member willing to post and host an event on the Hank Platform. That’s it! There’s no long-term commitment, no strict requirements—just a fun way to connect with your community however and whenever you can.
Your event can be:
- An existing community event that you want to attend with other Hank members. Find the event, post the event, and then get ready for others to RSVP!
- A new event that you create—get creative and make it your own! Come up with your own unique event, post the event and then get ready for people to RSVP.

What Do Hank Ambassadors Do?
- Identify and post community events that other Hank members can join.
- Share your own fun event ideas and invite fellow Hank members.
- Chat with RSVPs before the event to build excitement.
- Encourage friends and neighbors to participate and help boost event attendance.
- Already part of a group? Invite them to Hank! Hank makes it easy to manage group events, track RSVPs, and create a welcoming space for new members to join and connect.
- Help facilitate a quick introduction or icebreaker at the event.
- Most importantly—have fun!
How Do I Become a Hank Ambassador?
It’s simple—if you post an event, we automatically make you a Hank Ambassador!
- Post one event? Congrats! You’re a Hank Ambassador! You will receive a digital Ambassador badge on your profile.
- Post your first three events? We’ll send you a special Hank thank-you gift!
- Other perks? Exclusive Hank Ambassador-only events and extra support from Hank to help make your event a success!
How to Be a Successful Hank Ambassador
- Plan ahead – Choose an event and post it with enough time for people to RSVP.
- Engage with RSVPs – Send a quick welcome message before the event.
- Encourage participation – A simple icebreaker can go a long way!
